Application Procedure

Step-by-step application procedure

  1. Click the “Register” button at top right of page to open the online registration form;
  2. Fill out all the required fields (marked with ‘*’);
  3. Once you have completed the form, click the “Submit” button. If there are no errors on the page, you will see a summary of your application and will be asked to confirm the information you submitted;
  4. Click “Confirm.” The next display will contain your registration number. Please write it down/print it for your reference. A copy of your online application will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the application process.

Sending your application

You can send your application documents to us by one of the following means (please use only one method):

-If possible, scan your application as black-and-white documents
-Scan in one of the following formats: JPG/PDF/ZIP/DOC 
-E-mail your application with “Scanned Application Form, Credentials and Passport” in the subject line to
CCPDL Admissions Department.

After you submit your application

For easier service, please make sure you quote your registration ID number whenever you contact CCPDL.

In order to process and assess your records properly, CCPDL requires 2-4 days to review your application. If you have not heard from us after one week, please contact our admissions department with your student registration ID number, and they will check your application status.


NOTE:  If your application is accepted, you will receive a conditional offer letter along with payment details and some relevant forms. Your offer has a time limit and must be confirmed with a payment made before the expiry date noted within your letter of acceptance. You can contact the admissions department if you require more time.


After payment has been made, notify CCPDL by email and send them a scanned copy of your payment slip. Admissions Department will send you a verification form. Return the completed form and the admission letters will be mailed to you locally or by courier.
